QMap - File archive
In the face of a large number of files, how to manage the classification is usually more troublesome. QMap provides a time-based document rearrangement according to different classification formats, making it easy to query and manage. The purpose of simple image database operation is achieved.
Now according to the software function interface, the introduction is as follows:
1. From folder
Click the "From folder" button to select an uncategorized folder, which by default contains a search subdirectory.
2. To folder
Click the "To folder" button, select the destination folder you want to output, and a subdirectory will be automatically created in this folder, which can be copied or moved according to the set method.
3. Additional theme folder
This is an optional input. If not empty, create this subdirectory under the target folder for easy classification.
4. Archive method
Regular operation: Copy or move the source folder files to the destination folder.
By Year: In the target folder, create subdirectories according to the creation year of the source file, and then copy or move the source file to the corresponding year folder.
By Year-Month: In the target folder, create year and month subdirectories according to the creation year and month of the source file, and then copy or move the source file to the month folder under the corresponding year.
By Year-Month-Day: In the target folder, create year, month, and day directories according to the creation year, month, and day of the source file, and then copy or move the source file to the day folder under the corresponding year and month.
5. Category types
All: Archive all files in the source folder to the destination folder.
Common Image: Archive common image files in the source folder to the destination folder.
Common Video: Archive common image files in the source folder to the destination folder.
Common Audio: Archive common audio files in the source folder to the destination folder.
6. Overwrite the same file
When multiple files are archived, files with the same name will be overwritten. The default processing is file overwriting. When it is not overwritten, the target file name will be automatically changed and copied.
