QMap - Geodetic Control Point (GCP) Map merge and split

This unit provides merging and splitting methods, suitable not only for images without a coordinate system, but also for images with a geodetic coordinate system (GMap). In the mode with the geodetic coordinate system (GMap), the merge will be automatically arranged according to the coordinates, and the images without coordinates can be arranged according to the screen coordinates, which has strong compatibility. The size of the merged image is not limited. When splitting, there are two ways: by row and column and by width and height, and you can set the left and right upper and lower margins, and the divided images are automatically named according to the rules.

Now according to the software function interface, the introduction is as follows:

1. Load image
Click the "Load Img" button to open the Select Image dialog box and select one or more images into the list box.

2. Merge display
Click the "Merge display" button to display the merged preview image in the dialog box, and a new window will pop up to display the merged image. Since the display order is that the back covers the front, the small image should be placed in a position with a large sequence number. The display order of the images can be adjusted using the up and down arrow buttons. At the same time, in the list box, select the "SiteX" or "SiteY" of the image, double-click the left button of the mouse, edit and modify its value, and the position of the image on the merged image can be changed.
When the "By GMap" option is selected, the merged display will automatically arrange the images according to the geodetic coordinates in the GMap format (created by this software). By default "By GMap" is not selected.

3. Save or Load list
By editing and modifying the image information in the list box, a list of merged images is completed. Click the "Save list" button to save the data to a file, and when needed, you can "Load list" to continue working.

4. Split image
There are two splitting methods for the merged image, that is, the image is divided according to the specified row and column, and the image is divided according to the specified width and height. After selecting, the divided area will be displayed on the preview image immediately. Click the divided area with the left mouse button, and the image of this area will be displayed in a new window immediately. The splitting details are very clear.
After determining the splitting method, enter a feature value in the edit box of "Subimage name prefix". Click the "Split image" button, select the storage path of the splited images, and then automatically complete the splitting task.
